What is "Wills
and Probate"?
Probate is a court procedure by which a will is
proved to be valid or invalid. This generally includes
all matters and proceedings under the probate statutes
pertaining to the administration of estates,
guardianships and other personal and estate matters.
These proceedings involve the appointment or designation
of an executor, who under the supervision of the probate
court, collects, manages, maintains and distributes the
assets of an estate after payment of attorney fees,
claims, costs, court fees and other probate expenses.
Is this kit valid in
all states?
This kit can be used in all states. However, the

Probate Code, have been adopted only in some states.
Therefore, you will need to obtain a copy of your state
probate statutes and a copy of your state and local
